This is a genuine opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business on the next stage of their journey as they move into international markets and grow beyond their current £15 Million turnover.
The Finance Director has been promoted to a commercial finance role, focused on strategy with regard international growth freeing you up to manage finance for 3 companies within group as Finance Manager.
The role is positioned with a clear plan for you to move into Financial Controller status within 2 years supporting the Finance Director and Company Directors.
With 3 entities to manage, consolidations, international expansion and compliance whilst managing a finance team of 2 people this offers full and complete exposure at Finance Manager level.
As this is a privately owned SME it would really suit someone from an SME background who wants variety, exposure and who is familiar with the demands of supporting a growing entrepreneurial business.
