You will be in the best hands possible in terms of your training & development as she will ensure you have all the support & resources in order to really integrate yourself into the company and then push on and progress.
The only pre-requisite? That you can demonstrate at least 12 months’ experience in transactional accounting as this will account for 70% of your workload at the business for the first 6 months; then once you have mastered this and settle in, the FC will start to delegate more complex, month-end duties in line with your AAT qualification.
