This is a golden opportunity for an experienced PA / EA to take the next step in their career and join a rapidly expanding company based in Manchester City Centre who have most recently been listed on the London Stock Exchange.
This role is so varied and will be split between providing Executive support to the CEO and Senior Management team and Office Management; meaning you will always be kept on your toes and no two days will be the same.
Your Executive Assistant responsibilities will give you an insight into some of the key business decisions being made within the company. You will manage the diary of the CEO alongside providing administrative support to 4 Directors including meeting preparation, travel and accommodation bookings, and completion of expenses.
Alongside this as Office Manager you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the office covering everything from organising training and development, onboarding new employees, meeting and greeting visitors and everything else involved in ensuring the business runs as efficiently as possible.
