Perfect opportunity if you have 12 months’ administration experience and are a self-confessed Excel geek!
Excel is basically at the beating heart of this business; they utilise it daily for every single department and you will be the person to manage these spreadsheets daily; supporting the management team with administration improvement & increasing efficiencies.
The business also offers £50 a month to every employee to cover all commuter costs into work – the great thing is, even if you get a lift or you walk in and have 0 travel costs, you are still entitled to this money; so, you’re basically get an additional £600 a year in your pay cheque!
There is also the chance to work from home every Friday – however if you prefer to be in the office full time, there will also be people around for training and support – it’s based on entirely what works best for you!
The company really wants an individual they can invest in; you will receive training and support on a daily basis from the Administration Manager who actually started her career with the business in this very role so opportunities to progress become available regularly for those who show potential.
It’s a great starting point for someone to build on existing experience but in a more rounded role that can offer career advancement.
