Location: Sale Salary: £20,000 to £22,000 per annum +

This role is a perfect foot in the door for somebody who has 1-2 years’ administration experience but now looking to have more involvement and responsibility where you will be managing your own workload and supporting on company events.
You will work closely with your team of 3 (who are amazing – helpful, friendly and all get a buzz out of working together to get the job done) in coordinating the complete beginning to end process of an event – this company deliver up to 300 events a week in the UK alone.
Your role will include uploading event management information to their CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), liaising between all departments to set up functions, coordinating itineraries and submitting invitations and following up with organisation on completion of events.
Your training will be provided from a staff member who has done this exact role for 8 years; she’s been there, done it, got the t shirt and is moving into a new area of the business but is going to complete your hand over and training period first.
To fit in with the team and liaise with clients, you must have a bubbly personality that’s approachable, show organisation and be able to manage your own workload whilst working as a key team player.
