Take complete ownership of Spinningfields in creating a sense of place, a destination for a community and support tenants as the Estates Manager.
You will be responsible for the operational management of the estate and being a dynamic leader in overseeing projects, events, service charge management (£2 million per year) and delivering high-level customer experience whilst being the line manager to the Assistant Estates Manager.
If you know Spinningfields, you will know how much development and regeneration has taken place creating its ‘funky business’ vibe and they want you to bring new ideas, give proposals to the Board on development opportunities, improve service delivery and be the focal point in executing this across the estate.
Your training will come from the Estates Director who has been with the business since 2008, his career has blossomed, and he wants the same for you and with a progression route to Regional Estates Manager or Estates Director.
This is a fantastic challenge to work for a well-known brand in managing one of the biggest and best estates in Manchester; they don’t want the “finished article”, the Estates Directors wants someone to absorb his knowledge, someone eager to progress and advance their skill set because he understands that it will take 1-2 years’ for someone to become exceptional in this role.
