EPOS Systems Administrator

£34,000 – £36,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Flexible working hours

I was genuinely blown away after meeting the IT Director of this company, the IT Director really has “worn the t-shirt” when it comes to the EPOS system. He’s worked in this field for over 15 years, he’s fun, positive, encouraging and ready for somebody to work alongside him in managing everything EPOS!

You’ll support on EPOS projects, new implementations within the system as well as be on hand for all 2nd line support for the wider business, and you’ll work with the most incredible team.

IT department currently holds 3 staff, they’re looking to double this in the next 2 years, meaning you’ll have guaranteed progression to become a Project Manager within EPOS or become a Service Manager and manage a team underneath you.

What’s so good about this role is the exposure, guidance and support. You’re not just sat on a helpdesk dealing with problems all day, you’re involved with all the fun stuff!

All they ask for in return is an individual who has experience in 2nd line support on the EPOS system, whether that be in a helpdesk or administrative setting.
