£23,480 basic + monthly bonuses up to £600 (Earning as much as £7,200 in bonuses per year)

We are looking for Customer Service professionals who thrive within an environment where you’ll be assisting customers every single day – making a positive impact to someone’s circumstances by putting them first.
You’ll deal with both inbound and outbound calls where you will assist vulnerable customers that are going through financial difficulty, guiding them in their long term goal to become debt free. You’ll specialise in providing solutions for not only your customers but big brands such as HSBC and RBS, going through affordability solutions for those who have fallen into arrears – setting up payment plans your customer can genuinely afford.
Over 80% of the management team have progressed from this role, so this is the chance to move up to management. After year one in the business you will progress to a Level 4 Advisor on £24,685 basic. We simply want you to progress and earn as much money as possible.

What do we need from you?
- Contact centre, customer service, or sales experience is essential
- Debt Management experience is preferred however not essential
- Ambitious, career driven individuals who want to progress through a business long term
- Confidence is key – passion for speaking to customers and building rapport
- Ability to speak with vulnerable customers providing empathy and compassion at all times
- Computer literate
Please note all current staff members are hybrid workers. This means you must be able to get to the office 1-2 times per week in Salford. The other 3 days you will be working remotely at home. This is not a fully remote position.
