An established yet growing motor retail brand in Bury is seeking a Dealership Accountant to run the management accounts function for its Head Office site.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3 self-sufficient transactional finance staff leaving you complete freedom to produce and finalise the management accounts, complete with board pack.
This position is perfect for a Dealership Accountant driven by results; someone who is able to make recommendations & suggest areas of improvement for growth.
You will need to be flexible, and results orientated with the ability to meet both manufacturer and internal deadlines, whilst maintaining excellent staff satisfaction, development, and retention.
They are looking at opening another new site in the Northwest therefore you can be instrumental in setting the accounts up for this and recruiting additional heads to accommodate for this growth.
Qualifications wise, the company is considering both Qualified Accountants and finalists – if you do have exams remaining of your professional studies, they are more than happy to fund the cost of these as they are ready to make an investment in the next recruit.
