Customer Support Advisor – Life Insurance Specialist
£22,000 basic + £500 probation bonus / £200 monthly customer service bonuses
3 days in the Stockport office, and 2 days working remotely per week. (Must be able to get to Stockport)
Start Date: 25th March 2022
This is the chance to move away from the typical fast paced ‘call after call’ environment, instead this role is a much softer approach to customer service, dealing with around 35 inbound calls per day.
Your customers will have experienced difficult situations including illnesses such as cancer, so it’s extremely important you take the time to get to know your customer and how we can best help them regarding their life insurance plans. There’s 0 pressure on call handling time.
A great opportunity to understand your customers. Having sensitive conservations, it’s important we find individuals with an empathetic and caring personality, as you’ll be their support network. Ultimately there is nothing more important than someone’s health, so you’ll be making a real difference to customers lives.
You’ll act as the first point of contact for customers, so this role won’t be as brutal or strict as other departments. If a customer wants a pay out you’ll explain the claims process, and then pass over. Your role will include administration duties, discussing policies and life plans, and adding services onto existing plans if a customer wants to do this.
You’ll sole focus is to help customers, not rushing them off the call.
You’ll put the customers at the heart of everything you do.
