Customer Service & Sales Administrator – Middleton (Manchester)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Platinum Recruitment Group are excited to announce a brand new opportunity working within Sales and Administration for the markets LARGEST importer of premium, quality tiles ranging from porcelain to natural stone supplying to the UK and beyond.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a business where you can play a huge part in the smooth running and continued success of the company. You’ll need to take pride in your customer service answering inbound calls placing sales orders, coordinating deliveries and customer facing enquiries.
This is not an outbound telesales role… you will focus on consultative sales through inbound queries, repeat business, and customers coming into the showroom to place orders.
You’ll provide additional assistance with sending clients product samples, making sure they have received and taking feedback in order to understand what your client wants.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous sales experience face to face or phone based
- A bubbly personality who enjoys picking up the phone and speaking to individuals
- Drive to want to get involved in different aspects of the business, supporting where possible
- Previous experience within the tile industry is desirable however not essential
- Experience in completing administrational duties
- Good communication and confidence skills
- Willing to work every third Saturday if needed due to busy periods
