To manage key relationships with professional clients, building their finances & recognising business opportunities for development.
This is a split customer service & administrator role where you will be delivering product knowledge to clients, developing business through existing clients & coordinating all paperwork & management of the policies.
The clients you will be dealing with want to speak to you, they will be asking you advice & guidance on products & development, so there’s no earache, no complaining – just professionals who want your help.
It gives you so much variety to be able to manage your own workload & clientele as well as up skill your administration skills further.
What’s so different about this role to others like this on the market is the fact you won’t be sat in a call centre setting, this is an office based, professional environment, you won’t be expected to make a certain amount of calls a day, you will be measured purely on your service levels. This is a relaxed environment to work & you will be allowed to create your own processes in the way you want to work that suits the needs of the client.
If you have experience of working in financial services in a customer service capacity but have experience in administration experience also – this is perfect for you.
You must be articulate, professional & be confident in developing business with existing customers.
