We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Associate on behalf of an award winning health insurance company with over 6 million clients. The business has taken the market by storm ensuring not only job security but clear opportunities to progress.
This is a hybrid set up which means you will be working remotely at home for 3 days and office based for 2 days so its ideal for anyone that is looking for a flexible working week.
This is an ideal role for somebody who does not want to be outbound dialling as you will focus on dealing with customers that are registered with the company. There is no sales but you do still get paid a monthly bonus for providing good customer service with the main focus ensuring the customers health and wellbeing is at the forefront of everything you do.
Therefore if you take pride in caring for others you will get great job satisfaction from this role.
Your typical day will involve speaking to current members who already have insurance with the business, assisting them on any queries they may have. These queries will be inbound via phone or via email, meaning there is no outbound calls.

There is no experience needed for this role, all we ask is that you are positive with a ‘can do’ attitude. In return you will be given a five week training course to ensure you learn all the skills to make you successful within this position.
