We are recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised health insurance company that has grown rapidly throughout the last year. There is two intake dates for this role which is perfect for those who have immediate availability or have prolonged notice periods / other commitments over the summer.

What the job role involves
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers. Their members will call for a variety of reasons, but you’ll need to treat each call with the same level of respect.
You will be responsible for exploring the customers every need and ensure they leave the call feeling happy with the outcome they have received. This is exactly where your job satisfaction will come from as well as your bonuses!! Bonuses are rewarded solely on the customer service you give.
Our client’s customer service employees come from all walks of life with varying levels of experience. No matter their age, background, or history they all believe in providing great customer service and have a passion for helping others.
Some of the skills you’ll need to succeed as a Customer Service Advisor are:
- Great listening and communication skills with the ability to respond with empathy
- A mix of flexibility and resilience to deal with a variety of different enquiries
- An enthusiastic, positive attitude with a real desire to succeed
- Ability to build rapport
