CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – PART TIME POSITION
Salary- £15,300 + up to £200 per month in bonus
Location- Stockport
Hybrid working model- 2 days within the office 3 days working remotely from home
Working Hours- 2pm-7pm

The role – customer service advisor
As a customer service advisor, you will be at the main point of contact for customers going through a difficult period of health, you will be there to help guide customers through any queries they might have. The inquiries may vary between simple calls such as updating information, or it could be to help navigate a customer through any questions they have regarding their policy. There is no outbound dialling or selling within this role. The main focus is customer service, and this is where your bonus will come into play. You can receive up to £200 bonus every month purely on the quality of your customer service which is amazing within a customer service role.
