The role: You will be working on behalf of a well recognised insurance company to offer their pre exiting clients outstanding customer service. Not only will you ensure they leave the call satisfied but you will also show them great understanding and empathy for any difficulties they are facing. There is not any upselling of products or outbound dialling so don’t worry customer service is the focus here.
What we are looking for: We are looking for a passionate individual that wants to make a difference within the customer service team. We need strong minded individuals that can accommodate to a variety of different needs as well as maintaining respect and professionalism.
