Customer Service Advisor / Order Entry Administrator

One of Littleborough’s most established and successful businesses has a brilliant new opening for a role which is a blend of customer service and order entry administration.
You will join an existing team of 3 staff and split your time evenly between customer advice on existing products and orders as well as general administrative duties including order entry.
Operating on their internal software you must be computer literate and able to multitask.
An average day will consist of:
- Taking orders via phone or email
- Order entry on the inhouse system
- Managing customer expectations
- Updating the customer about prices, possible delays and lead times
