Customer Service Advisor – Manchester

Our client is one of the UK’s biggest insurance brokers providing the best level of service to every customer who calls through to them, winning many 5* awards over the years.
We have a brand new opportunity to join their Customer Care and Retentions team working to provide a brilliant service to existing customers who may want to cancel the policy. You will work for the business NOT the insurer, which means you will be there to support them completely through the process, assessing the situation and gathering an understanding of why they want to cancel, and if its anything which can be prevented.
You’ll be required to prioritise your customers and work around them to see if you could improve the policy in order to retain them. You’ll also make them aware of any fees, policy information or general customer service based knowledge needed in order to assist them.
This is a fantastic company allowing you to develop your skillset, and progress within the business. You’ll have a fantastic team of managers around you who will give you industry specific training, alongside an induction based training environment.

- Call centre and customer service based individuals
- Sales and service based showroom executives
- The ability to be able to retain information and provide technical information
- A genuine passion for helping customers, providing empathy and compassion
- Being able to build rapport and have fantastic conversations with customers – leaving a lasting impression!
