Customer Service Advisor
This is not like any other Customer Service role available in the local market, in fact I would say if you are a Customer Service Advisor then this is the role you want to be in.
You will be working for a premium brand where the whole company ethos and attitude is around quality of not only their products but the services they provide.
This means the customer is always put at the forefront of everything the business does, which in turn means this customer service job is very different to many of the others in the market.
One thing is for sure this is not about fielding endless calls, complaints, or frustrated customers. It’s about providing a first-class service to any customers contacting the business about a wide range of queries across different platforms including social media, email, or telephone.
Your job is to understand questions & queries and take the time to get to the bottom of any problems and offer solutions. You will not be working towards KPI’s on volume, it is about ensuring the person on the other end of the phone is treated with the same quality and professionalism as the products they sell.
Your days will be broken up across working on the phones, responding to emails and social media queries – so variety is certainly available within this role.
But it’s not just how relaxed and the ‘customer first’ attitude that makes this business so unique. The Management team treat the staff like part of a big family, you are treated with respect, with transparency and supported on a day-to-day basis.
The role is ideal for anyone that considers themselves a ‘people person,’ there aren’t targets, KPI’s or demands to ‘constantly be picking up the phone,’ instead you will be encouraged to take the time to get to know your customers and build strong and lasting relationships.
