£21,430 basic salary + yearly bonuses

This is a unique spin on a customer service role, taking you away from the mundane life of a contact centre. Your clients will be creative women with high disposable income, looking for quality customer service.
You’ll be heavily rewarded in this role for great behaviour, on top of the fact the pressure of call based KPIs such as call handling time literally doesn’t exist. Your conversations will be free flowing allowing you to get to know your customers, not a single script in sight. You’ll have plenty of variety with tasks including inbound calls, emails, live chat and social media.
There’s even a direct career path for you to move into a Senior Advisor position, taking on coaching based responsibilities and making managerial decisions on refunds, gift cards, and customer escalations.

- Computer literature – you could be having 3 conversations on different platforms all at once

We will provide full training in a 12 week bespoke plan, starting you on emails, progressing to live chat, then phones and social media. Extra support can be given, ensuring you have all the skills to be a superstar.
