Customer Service Advisor (Financial Services)
£18,855 – £20,500 + bonuses up to £600 every month

Once you’re settled into the role you’ll be given the chance to move through the ranks with inhouse leadership programs, and development schemes. Over 80% of the current management team have succeeded this way, some without any previous financial services experience.

As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll feel the power of what you can do for others. This isn’t just a typical role, it’s the chance to help others in need, whether that be financial difficulty, struggles with paying bills, or mental health your role will be to provide direction.
You’ll speak to customers that have fallen into arrears with credit cards, overdrafts, or loans. Taking the time to understand why they haven’t paid, going through their expenses, and tailoring a solution best suited to the customer.
