Customer Service Advisor – Financial Services (Salford Quays)
Start Date: 27th June 2022
Hybrid working – 2 days in the office, and 3 days at home per week.
We provide an entry level 1 salary for those who want to move into the financial industry. We will consider individuals from any working background for this role. Level 2/3 salaries are for those with experience in the industry already:
- Level 1 Salary – £18,855 (increase to £19,365 after probation)
- Level 2 Salary – £20,505 (increase to £21,020 after probation)
- Level 3 Salary – £23,000
Once you’re in the business you will benefit from yearly salary increases up to £24,000.
Monthly bonuses up to £600 after training is completed.

All we require from you is the ability to build strong relationships whilst providing empathy and understanding to your customers needs. You will speak to customers with a wide range of vulnerabilities and financial difficulties, providing solutions to their debts and setting up affordable repayment plans.
This is a business priding themselves by working with the customers, therefore you will tailor your approach to their needs and what they can afford. You’ll support clients from the banking sector such as HSBC, Lloyds, and RBS in collecting defaulted payments for credit cards and loans they have given out giving you an insight into the banking world.
