Customer Service Advisor / Email Response (Hybrid)

Platinum Recruitment Group have acquired a new Customer Service role working for a unique financial services business based on the outskirts of the city centre in Salford.
They’re recruiting into this team due to expansion and volumes of queries coming into the business reflecting the busy nature of the role.
To begin with:
- You will have training on compliance and GDPR which will set you up nicely
- Then it will be on the job supported closely by your new colleagues
The role entails:
- Responding to new and existing customers mainly via email and live chat function
- A small proportion of the role will be telephone based to give you variety
- Managing queries, concerns, cancellations, and refunds
- Dealing with anything that comes through relating to their services
Working environment:
- This is a hybrid role working 3 days in their plush offices and 2 days from home
- Working alongside 1 other doing this role and around 15 staff in total
- Based in Salford on the outskirts of the city centre (easily accessible)
Package:
- £20,000 starting salary (annual reviews managed through appraisal system)
- Opportunity to earn bonuses
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
- No weekends

Financial Services experience is ideal but will consider other industry background.
