Customer Service Advisor – Eccles
£21,500 (FTE to cover Maternity Leave January 2021 – January 2022
Platinum Recruitment Group are excited to announce a brand new opportunity working within the heart of Eccles for a hugely successful company based within the care industry, who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join on a fixed term basis.
You’ll play a huge part of the team being responsible for liaising with engineers, booking in services, and being a main point of contact for service installations dealing with customers via phone and email. You’ll provide administrative support, updating files, and creating reports for your line manager on a weekly basis.
This is a perfect role for those who prefer working within smaller family orientated team environments. You’ll never need to work a weekend, finishing at 5:30PM every day, with free parking on site.
What do we need from you?
- Educated to GCSE level and demonstrate your ability in the following areas:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to listen and demonstrate empathy with the needs of different customers
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, and good numeracy skills.
- At least 1+ years’ experience working within a customer service role is essential
