Do you have experience working within customer service?

We are looking for customer service executives who have empathy, understanding and a caring nature. With you being the first point of contact for all our customers you will need to ensure you put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
How you develop is up to you, but we make it our mission to notice, nurture and support your ambitions. There are multiple opportunities for you to grow and develop your customer service skills, as well as progress into management positions.
With a basic salary of £22,000 and a monthly bonus of up to £200 pound being paid every month there is plenty of great earning potential. The bonuses are not made from outbound dialling or selling products, they are rewarded purely for good quality customer service.
