Customer Service Administrator

Europe’s leading business in their sector are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team of 4.
This is a fantastic role to join a successful business & develop both your customer service & administration skills with the continued support from management.
With monthly 1-to-1 catch ups with your Manager to discuss your development in the role & future steps in the business including salary reviews, you will be fully supported by management in the direction of your career.
You will be the first point of contact for customers calling into the business looking to make an order, you will then process the customer order onto their system (Sage Line 200), providing guidance & product knowledge to the customer & making any key amendments on their orders.
After 12 months of employment, you will be offered the opportunity to either remain in the customer service administration team but become a senior member where you will provide staff training/ support or you will be able to move into another department of the company such as finance, sales or operations – the decision is yours.
- No weekends or evenings
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm working hours
- Opportunity to work weekends if you want to (not necessary) with double pay
