Customer Service Administrator

Oldham

Salary up to £24,000 + Commission!!

A great opportunity has arisen for someone with Customer Service experience to join a rapidly growing company based in Oldham. This is not just the ordinary customer service role, you will have the chance to earn UNCAPPED commission whilst learning and progressing within a small employee focused company.

Just to give you a feel for how they work, they have an open door policy and a strong relationship with the Directors giving them a huge family feel. You would be joining a supportive team who will do as much as they can to help you succeed.

They have 5 locations based across Manchester with outstanding customer reviews, so not only do they value their staff but their customers love them too! Their Stockport office is in a great location which is easy to access.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Quality Manager responsible for the following:

  • Taking calls to arrange bookings
  • Dealing with customer queries – both commercial and the public
  • Handling and investigating any complaints
  • Processing invoices
  • Allocating bookings on to the system
  • First point of contact regarding all bookings
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients

This candidate will need to be able to communicate in a professional manner as they will be representing the company.
