A 3-million-pound turnover retail business that will double in turnover by summer 2022 are expanding their team.
Due to an acquisition of a new brand, the business are growing rapidly over the 12 months and looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team of 5.
An exciting time to join them as they expand with development opportunities available to progress through the company; the Team Manager started with the business in this position and over time has continued to develop.
With a management team that will provide you with the training and support required, you will establish yourself for the long term, not just a ‘stop gap’ role.
The role is a huge part of the business and their customers because you will be dealing with some high end, large global brands and acting as the first point of contact for all; managing new orders that come through, processing documentation & liaising with all departments to provide solutions for your customers.
I will be interviewing all candidates who have a fantastic attitude to work, confident telephone manner and have experience in a similar role.
