Having exposure to a client process beginning to end, this is the perfect role if you enjoy customer service & communication but also administration.
You will enjoy a relaxed, flexible working environment with both remote & office-based working, working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Most roles like this are working weekends, evenings & long hours – this isn’t which is why it’s your chance to enjoy a work life balance with a brilliant organisation that value their staff’s well being & home-life.
Your role will work within a team of 6, supporting with the process of new & existing clients, managing their expectations & making changes to client files & documents. You will be seeing the process through for the client & ensuring that they are always happy with the service.
Great location if you live in & around Bury, they are a 10-minute walk from the Bury exchange & also have onsite parking.
This would suit somebody who is currently in a sales/ customer service or complaints handling role & wants to come away from cold calling & hard sales but wants to remain in customer service & develop their skill set further in administration.
This is more of a professional customer service role, speaking about investments to wealthy individuals where you will have a more in-depth call, rather than managing 200 calls a day on a headset which you may be doing now, you will manage up to 20.
