Credit Controller – Hybrid Working
£25,000 – £28,000
An opportunity for a Credit Controller who is chomping at the bit to go into a business, improve efficiencies and streamline processes! An individual who will roll up their sleeves, be excited by this proposition and think, let’s have a stab at this!
This is a role to be grabbed with both hands; the FC sees the Credit Control function as so much more than a tool to keep the debtor days down; he wants an individual who will update him weekly with cash flow forecasts on what payments are expected, enabling him to manage the company’s budget.
They have recently implemented a new system which has been a huge benefit to the accounts team; so, he wants you to be integral in transferring the Credit Control across to this – setting up contracts, credit checking customers and writing up debtor reports monthly which you can present to him in Board Meetings.
He wants you to really utilise the system’s functionality to help him spot trends or anomalies within the customer portfolio so if interrogating data and coming up with solutions is your forte, then you’ll have a field day here!
This is absolutely not a phone bashing role; it is absolutely critical that whilst you have Credit Control experience and can prove you are able to reduce debt, you can also maintain customer relationships as the business has excellent retentions levels which they are looking to keep up.
The business offers a hybrid working model which will be a permanent fixture; you will spend 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home (you can choose which days would suit you best) with flexible start and finish times (log on between 8-9, log off between 4.30-5.30)
I am interviewing immediately so please submit your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org to be considered.
