Having recently placed a Purchase Ledger Clerk at this company I am thrilled to be working with them again to find an experienced Credit Controller.

You will be reporting to the Project Manager, she is a great woman to talk to and wants to provide continuous support to her team.

Below is a list of the duties and responsibilities expected of you as a Credit Controller:
* Responsibility and accountability for managing their own portfolio by proactively chasing customers for payments
* Ensure Speedily resolution of customer queries by liaising with Sales, Client Services and depots
* Accurate reconciliation of customer accounts, by keeping ledgers tidy, ensuring write-off’s journals, unallocated cash and duplicate accounts are actioned
* Promote the department by always maintaining healthy relationships with work colleagues and customers in a positive and professional manner.
* Recommend accounts for legal action in a timely manner to the Credit Manager / Team Leader.
* Enter detailed collection notes as well as cash forecasting.
* Openly share creative ideas to support the departments drive for continuous process improvement.
