The logistics industry is absolutely booming, and companies are high in demand across the globe – including this one!
They have had such a consistent surge in customers over the last 12 months that they are now in position to expand the Credit Control team.
You will take on a mix of the existing clients and new ones so a massive emphasis will be put on building and maintaining relationships; in fact, this is more important than debt retrieval because their customers tend to be excellent at paying!
To apply, you must have Credit Control experience (in either a B2B or B2C environment) and enjoy engaging with your customers rather than simply firing off a reminder email – regular interaction is key.
You can look forward to a personal cash collection bonus which can be an extra £1,500 a year and is based on soft target such as reducing debtor days & the % of your customers who have paid within 30 days.
