Be an influential figure in managing a prime city centre location where you will take complete ownership of redevelopments, create a society as a whole and build long standing relationships with your tenants.
The location you will manage has a ‘sexy’ vibe to it, it’s one of the most sought-after locations in Manchester with its high-end bars, first class restaurants and high-spec apartment blocks and they want an Estates Manager to put their own stamp of the estate.
You will be responsible for the operational management of the estate and be a dynamic leader in overseeing projects, events, service charge management (£2 million per year) and delivering high-level customer experience whilst being the line manager to the Assistant Estates Manager.
They want you to bring new ideas, give proposals to the Board on development opportunities, improve service delivery and be the focal point in executing this across the estate.
Training will be provided by the Estates Director who has been with the business since 2008; the perfect mentor to absorb all of their understanding, history and knowledge of the estate to ensure you have all the resources to become elite in your job role.
