We are recruiting on behalf of a leading debt management company based in Salford. This company has enjoyed strong, profitable growth over the last few years and is expanding! This creates a perfect opportunity for a new team member to come aboard this globally recognised company.

We’re looking for people who can work from home for three days a week and work two days within the office located in the heart of Salford.
Salary starting from £19,185- £24,000 + up to £600 bonus
Working Hours – Monday- Friday
Start Date – 27th June
Training – Your training will be 6 weeks in total with 4 weeks being completed in the Salford office. Please make sure this fits in with any pre-booked time you have off because we cannot allow any holidays during this time.
What the role involves-
- Gathering information from customers to understand their needs and create solutions to their problems
- Showing empathy to vulnerable customers
- Setting up repayment arrangements
- General administration duties
- Delivering outstanding customer service
