This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated and driven practice accountant to lead the growth and expansion of this exciting firm of accountants in Salford Quays.
Already operating a highly successful firm that operates largely in the Tax sector this is a new venture from the MD that has significant backing to ensure its success; and this is the first appointment – which makes it a pretty unique opportunity for the right individual.

The Role:
The position will be far reaching but effectively you will be spearheading everything to do with the firm; you will have a portfolio of clients to manage (some of which are already in place), helping to advise and prepare their year end accounts. You will be given the opportunity to recruit a team around you; build processes, procedures and expand the client base and therefore the firm. You will work closely with the MD, work on strategies, growth plans and together build the firm to becoming one of the most respected firms in the Norh West.

The MD is looking for someone that can head up this business, so your career opportunities are uncapped. The right candidate will become Director, build a team below them and benefit from shares in the company so the sky is literally the limit. Requirements:
Due to the seniority of the role you must be ACA or ACCA Qualified; and have current, relevant experience in a UK firm of accountants – non UK experience will not be considered. You will have drive, ambition and bags of enthusiasm – this isn’t a role for someone that is looking to coast, its for ambitious individuals that can see this role for the opportunity it is.
