Salary £23,000 – up to £200 per month bonuses

The company pay monthly bonuses to staff purely for delivering good customer service there is no upselling products or outbound dialling.
Where this role is different is you will be dealing with customers who are going through a difficult period of health, meaning you will be a support network for them helping with any needs they may have. A typical day to day could consist of talking to customers that want to claim on their policies and navigate through options available to them. This is exactly why the client needs a caring individual with a positive can do attitude.

We understand the typical contact centre environment is dated therefore our client has moved away from this.
