Business Support Administrator

Here’s an opportunity for an Administrator who is looking to grow their career with a successful business based in Wigan.
The business have just extended their office to the next floor with capacity for 100 additional new staff; therefore have planned to expand to this point by 2023.
Due to this growth, they require an Administrator to support the Operations Managers with the running of the operational matters of the company.
As a key business support for the business, you will have the opportunity to develop to Senior Operations within 12 – 18 months of being in the role therefore the Operations Manager is offering a career programme and relevant training schemes to ensure this path is followed.
Working in a team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting with HR such as writing up employment contracts and interview confirmations
- Booking in HR meetings for management
- Creating marketing material such as presentations and headed documents
- Managing and updating the in house database
- Managing the company diary and meeting rooms
- Creating reports and Excel spreadsheets based on company performances

The management team are looking for an Administrator who has some office-based experience, such as recently/ coming to an end of an apprenticeship, but somebody who is ambitious & keen to get on the career ladder with a great business.
