Platinum Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join an SME business in Rochdale who are forecasted to double in size in just 12 months due to recent investments.
If you hold at least 12 months’ experience working as an Administrator or in a Business Support role and you are looking for an opportunity in a business that will offer you the following, then this is the ideal role:
- 6-8 week training programme with the Operations Manager to establish company knowledge and have an insight of each area of the organisation
- A role which gives you so much variety, in every component of the company
- Clear career prospects for you to progress in areas of your choice whether that be a Team Leader or take another route in a different department
- Opportunity to further study qualifications dependent on the career path you wish to take
Your role will entail:
- Supporting human resources with producing letters, booking in interviews & updating personnel records
- Assisting the Operations Manager with reporting, presentations & systems updates
- Booking in meetings & conferences for the Board of three Directors
- Complete ownership of the company diary
- Project support internally – supporting with new system installations, office renovation & internal processes
