Business Healthcare Insurance Consultant (Fully Remote)
£30,000 – £35,000 (OTE up to £50,000+)

You’ll represent a business ranked as a leader in the market, dominating the health insurance sector, and with an 800% increase in inbound leads, this is the ideal time to be joining us whilst we go through huge growth. This means you’ll hit the ground running, commission basically kicking in immediately.
What truly stands out about this role is that it’s completely remote allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We will even provide fantastic hours with no weekends or lates, and the opportunity to gain a qualification (IF7) fully covering the cost and providing the materials you need to pass with flying colours.
Our current team statistics speak for themselves with 90% of the team hitting 100% of commission, this gives you an insight into how easy the commission is to earn. Over 70% of the team are even classed as top performing brokers in the UK – which is exactly where we want you to be too!
Working on an advised model you will simply close sales on insurance products with corporate businesses. Our lead generation team are passing over up to 300 qualified leads per month, alongside website leads – so plenty for you to close on, ultimately earning yourself a significant bonus at the end of each month.
Ideally we want an Insurance Broker with the following:
- Demonstrate a strong ability to fact find
- Work in a consultative mindset, offering the right products for your customer
- Manage a portfolio of your customers via emails, calls, and follow ups
- Provide strong organisational and team player attributes
- Work towards targets set on a monthly basis
- Experience within sales – inbound and outbound calls
- Protection, Mortgages, Private Medical Insurance, and Travel have worked well in this role
- R05, CeMap, or IF7 qualifications are desired but not essential
