If you’ve recently completing your apprenticeship in NVQ Business Administration & you had exposure to customer service within your role – this is going to be the perfect role for you moving forward in your career.

In a fast-paced working environment, your role will be a support to the business clients where you will be coordinating jobs that come through on the house system, managing customer relationships, being the face of the business & creating all relevant documents for works to be complete.
You will be heavily involved in the whole process of a client from job through to build & completion therefore this is a really exciting role within the company for you to see a project through.
As the business is developing, there are opportunities for the person in this role to develop such as growing into a more Senior Administration role – It’s endless as to where your skills can grow here.
Reporting directly into the Office Manager, who is offering a continued training programme and support, they are looking for somebody who has direct customer service experience who has a passion for delivering a first-class service as well as administration.
