Business Administrator – Apprenticeship

Platinum Recruitment are looking to hire a new Apprentice Administrator to work alongside the Office Manager and Operations Team. This will initially be on a fixed term 12 month contract where you will be supported to complete a professional business administration qualification.
The role offers flexibility to split your time working from home and in our office in Manchester City Centre. Our current Office Manager joined as an apprentice 5 years ago and we are looking for someone to follow in her footsteps.
You will receive full training and support internally and externally and will build a great working relationship with everyone in the business.
Core responsibilities will include:
– Undertake photocopying and scanning of documents
– Use of internal systems
-Inputting key information into the database
-Answering phone calls & fielding across the team
-Supporting all staff including Directors with administrative support
