An opportunity to manage one of the most prestigious developments in the City Centre that contains 400 units…
Working for a well established Property business that have one of the best reputations in the market; this role isn’t to be missed.
You will be working alongside Directors in bringing your own ideas to the table, complete autonomy on how the building runs, implementing change and improvement whilst managing a team of 4 staff members.
So much scope within this role and your career is driven by you – you can progress at a rapid rate up to senior management or estate management or remain in this role for a couple of years before you feel ready for that next step.
An added bonus is that the business is considering two profiles for this job role:
- Direct Property experience (building management experience would be an added bonus) and knowledge of PPM’s and Fire Safety
- Line management and customer facing experience away from Property but has a keen interest in Property
With a large portfolio in Manchester including over 10,000 units and 25 managed sites; this business are continuing to grow their portfolio and they’re going places… Perfect time to join them as they do a complete over haul of the building you will be managing and have a large budget in place to make the changes you wish to make.
Working hours are Monday-Friday (flexible start/ finish time but majority of staff work 8am – 4pm) with no weekend or evening work.
