Platinum Recruitment Group are working with a forward thinking European business in Middleton who are looking to add an experienced Bookkeeper to their Accounts Function. The business wants you to be part of their global expansion as they look to centralise their accounts function to their UK hub in Middleton.
For the first 6 months your role will have a strong emphasis on the Credit Control function where you will be tasked with liaising with key clients including Morrisons, Tesco and Asda. The longer you operate with the business, you will gain further exposure to the following:
*Producing detailed Profit and Loss reports and presenting them to the Finance Manager
*Daily balance sheet reconciliation alongside the preparation of Management Accounts
*Monthly Accruals and Prepayments
*Management of the Sales and Purchase Ledger covering all aspects
Moving into 2019, the Finance Manager wants you to become a more senior figure within the business taking on managerial responsibilities and see’s you managing your own team.
My client is looking for an individual who is confident liaising with key decision makers and can manage important processes from start to finish. You will have good time management skills and be able to organise a busy desk.
