About the role
As the Bookkeeper you will take charge of the financial heartbeat of this business! You’ll manage day-to-day accounting operations, including overseeing sales and purchase ledgers using Sage Line 50. Your role will involve raising invoices, processing payment runs, engaging with suppliers and customers, and reconciling bank statements. Additionally, you’ll handle CIS returns and cover payroll, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

With the Director semi-retiring, you have an incredible opportunity to learn directly from her, gaining invaluable commercial accounting insights that will only lead to professional and personal development. You’ll dive into cash flow management, contribute to management reporting, and prepare both management and statutory accounts. You’ll be learning from the best in town and any Bookkeeper would be lucky to get this level of exposure.
