A fundamental role to bridge the gap between customers & the bidding team; newly created opportunity to take ownership of bid responses where you will liaise with project management, customer service & operations teams.

Integrating with all divisions giving you full autonomy, your role will include drafting tender responses to all project delivery & customer experience related questions, researching competitors (understanding their solutions & approaches), creating reports on a monthly basis & reporting to management whilst working closely with the Heads of Commercial, Project Management & Customer Experience to create & maintain a bid response library relating to operational requirements.
What you must demonstrate to be successful is experience in bid writing – whether that be in procurement in the public sector, telecommunications or IT (if you do not have this experience, you will not be shortlisted for this job role)
