B2B Sales Team Manager – Salford Quays
£35,000 basic + monthly performance based commission structure
8:30AM – 5:00PM Monday to Friday
Are you a performance driven Team Manager looking for an opportunity to make a difference?
This is your chance to join a business established for over 50 years and THE leaders in the commercial market joining with a view of managing a team of around 8-10 experienced (B2B) Business Development Executives in their journey to success.
We are looking for a confident, bubbly Team Manager who thrives off motivating others through powerful team meetings, putting together incentives, and setting achievable targets in order for your team to be the best on the contact centre floor. We want you to celebrate the wins and appreciate the failures using them for improvements.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Tracking, monitoring, and making sure all digital leads are converted within SLAs
- Completing duties around individual and team performance providing additional support
- You’ll act as a role model for your team of BDE’s
- Senior stakeholder engagement across the wider business
- Being responsible for your teams relation issues, such as sickness, lates, and development
- Manage any employee relation issues in line with the policies set out by the business
- Ensuring colleagues maintain appropriate knowledge of the business products
- Putting into place a development plan for each of your staff members
- Ensure calls, emails, web leads and all data traffic are answered in an appropriate manner
- Completing performance reviews with your team discussing
- Complete call listening on a regular basis to ensure regulations are met
Not only will you grow your team, this business will provide assistance in allowing you to get involved in senior responsibilities and progress into higher level positions. It’s important you are money hungry as well as wanting to learn and grow within the role.
