New MD invested in new systems, brand new offices, data and much moreโฆ. And now he’s investing in his sales rep.
Construction industry; MD looking for a s*it hot sales person with Construction knowledge and background that knows how to hold a conversation, sell and knows their stuff when it comes to the sector.
He admits sales isn’t his forte, business running, operations and decision making is his bread and butter, so this role really is coming in independently and running with it, your way.
Make your mark here. Progression unbelievable, looking to quadruple turnover in 5 years, with your help and backing. He wants someone passionate, money hungry, someone who chases that commission monthly – bit of a dog with a bone type!
Honestly, what an opportunity this is for someone. You’ll be out in the field meeting perspective clients, starting with Greater Manchester then once comfortable you’ll go UK wide with the product. Hybrid working fine, and after probation MD will buy you a company car.
