Assistant Property Manager

Here is an opportunity to work for a fast growing property management firm that specialise in block management and take complete ownership of the Manchester portfolio.
You will report directly into the Managing Director and have autonomy in decision making processes, new business development and portfolio growth.
You will work alongside the Managing Director in creating new plans to push the Manchester market forward and you will be liaising with clients and suppliers face to face directly – therefore, this isn’t a role where you will sit at a desk all day!
As this is a business that are expanding, there will be either opportunities to progress into different areas of the business or to remain in this role but grow your skill set further.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Independently manage the Manchester portfolio of 300 properties
- Client & supplier relationship management – face to face
- Spot opportunities
- Attending development sites to analyse progress
- Manage maintenance works and coordination
The perfect candidate for this position will be someone who has a background in lettings, building management or facilities – this is due to the transferrable skills you will have from either of the listed but still have that opportunity to learn new expertise.
