Usually with roles at Assistant Management Accountant level, you will be restricted to how involved you can be in the direction of a company… however this position opens the doors to a whole realm of career advancement.
You will be recruited into the company to support the Head of Finance in overhauling & streamlining the accounts function, identifying areas to improve efficiencies & productivity; this will then set you up perfectly to present in Board Meetings and really drive change for the company’s future success.
On a regular basis, you will meet with the Directors to discuss business performance & areas of improvement, in turn developing your commercial awareness & knowledge from some of the most respected business professionals.
An opportunity to be grabbed with both hands, the Head of Finance has asked me to interview candidates who not only have pre-existing MA experience but have the drive & ambition to make positive changes in their next company.
