Are you sat there questioning where your career is headed & have ambitions to become a Financial Controller, but this isn’t offer at the current company?
This company will recognise your frustrations and eliminate them – offering the chance to qualify with them and move through the ranks to the management team.
You will be working directly with the current Financial Controller who is ambitious and striving for Directorship at the company – therefore you will have first dibs on jumping into his shoes and learning from him along the way!
This is not a role where you will do all the legwork for the Management Accounts and then pass everything over to the FC… you will be in the trenches, presenting to the CEO and Stakeholders, driving commercial excellence & be critical to any financial decision-making.
In fact, if you’re inquisitive, can spot anomalies and aren’t afraid to project your ideas for the good of the company, the Directors are all ears and will encourage you to have your say.
Initially, you will be given an entity to take control of the MA for and there will be an Accounts Apprentice working along side you to take away all the pressure of the transactional accounting, allowing you to focus on preparing P&L reports, budgets and cash flow forecasts.
The Financial Controller has asked me to interview candidate who can demonstrate at least 12 months’ experience in Management Accounts preparation – if you have this, he will give you all the training & resources possible to elevate your experience to the next level.
